After the payment has been made the funds will be transferred to the company account during 12 hours from the time of payment.

When the customer withdraws funds from his trading account to the bank account the transaction can take 5-7 banking days from the customer have provided an order for withdrawal.

If the withdrawal request exceeds the sum of 3000 United States dollars, then this request will be fulfilled during 72 hours.

If the account owner has VIP-customer status (VIP), his request will be processed during 8 hours, irrespective of the assets sum (under the condition of the advance reservation of this sum).

The request is considered to be processed, if it has the status “PROSESSED”. Time from the moment of sending the request to it processing should not exceed 12 hours.

All time frames, determined in this paragraph, are valid in the business time. Company business time is from Monday 8:00 till Friday 19:59, except the days, when the financial markets are closed.
